    IT inside Sales Representative

    Essential Functions:

    • Handle incoming calls and be the first point of contact with dealers and customers
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
    • Answer incoming product and customer service inquiries
    • Process orders for aftermarket purchase orders
    • Devise techniques for introducing end to end IT solutions to Federal agencies
    • Create small proposals and detailed quotes reflecting technical specifications and pricing
    • Serve as a liaison between the key manufacturers
    • Ensure that government clients are satisfied with the IT solution provided after contract is completed

    Field Account Executive - Federal

    Essential Functions:

    • Build relationships with FBSCGOV's strategic service partners to leverage their resources
    • Work closely with internal departments to ensure sales, marketing and contract programs are consistently and effectively implemented
    • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge on FBSCGOV's Service offerings as well as competitors? service offerings
    • Present FBSCGOV's services capabilities at seminars, tabletop shows and to user groups.
    • Complete and submit on a timely basis all required reports such as forecasts, activity, compensation and expense reports
    • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive business both internally and externally

    DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Responsible to identify, recruit and manage Strategic Alliances and partner relationships that materially drive FBSCGOV's access to target markets, ability to integrate solutions into major programs, and drive global adoption of our offerings. Responsible to drive strategic OEM/Technology partnerships, leveraging FBSCGOV's core technologies and solutions for integration into communications and security platforms, packages and products. Develop and implement business development initiatives that are consistent with the company's overall strategy. Primary responsibility is to ensure major program wins, develop major channel partner relationships, while facilitating implementation through FBSCGOV's field sales team. The compensation package for such experience is commensurate.

     

    Essential Functions:

    • Responsible for business development efforts that identify major programs within the federal government and manage Company efforts to secure a position within those opportunities as well as identifying appropriate channel partners to complete the implementation of such programs.
    • Establish and execute multi-year strategic partner plans with critical market capture goals, program based objectives, design-in targets and preferred relationship status.
    • Manage multiple business initiatives while tracking and ensuring success with proper execution
    • Manage complex contract negotiation and work with legal counsel as required.
    • Identify potential deals/programs and develop the tactics and teams needed to bring them to fruition
    • Work in conjunction with FBSCGOV's Federal Sales Team to increase the number of government field locations purchasing and deploying Fortress solutions.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with strategic ?go-to? channel partner's account executives and pre-sale system engineers to increase FBSCGOV's mindshare and revenue

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years plus of business development with marketing, and/or sales experience.
    • A solid understanding of Company's market: products, players, technologies, and a rolodex of contacts in related markets.
    • Experience in promoting IT solutions to Government agencies, with a strong success record
    • Successful business development experience selling IT or IT services into IT or security focused Government customer and channel partners on behalf of a distributor or manufacturers.
    • Motivated, self-starter with a proven record for achieving/overachieving and working in a team environment with outside Field Account Executives and channel partners
    • Experience in maintaining strong relationships and effective communication with government customers and channel partners at mid and upper levels
    • Strong analytical, process, problem solving and organizational abilities
    • Solid understanding of business and financial models to support business negotiations

    Sales Support

    Essential Functions:

    • Support, train and work towards an incentive-based, high compensation career in sales with FBSCGOV
    • Support an established team selling to federal, education, state and local, private and commercial clients.
    • Assist clients in development and verification of technical requirements.
    • Work with vendors to process and track client orders.
    • Provide proactive customer service follow-through on post-sales issues.

    Customer Service Representative

    In this entry level position, you will be responsible for all post shipping activity and communication with FBSCGOV's Commodity orders. You will ensure that all customer requirements regarding ETA's, Pod's, replacement orders, and returns are expeditiously handled. Excellent communication skills along with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers are required.

    Essential Functions:

    • Proficiency in resolving customer issues in the most expeditious manner possible
    • Ability to manage basic returns that fall under Commodity orders.
    • Act as the liaison between Sales and other departments to coordinate actions and changes to customer requests.
    • Use company database to effectively document every action taken against a customer request to provide a comprehensive history.
    • Logging all incoming calls into company database to ensure customer inquiries are properly organized and updated.
    • Full understanding and execution of FBSCGOV's return policy for Commodity orders.
    • Responsible for conducting a root-cause analysis by researching and resolving customer requests related to product returns, lost shipments, short shipments, replacements, etc.
    • Returning product to vendors within an allotted time frame for credit on both customer and FBSCGOV accounts. (Not to age over 45 days).
    • Maintain ownership of customer inquiries following through until resolution, while keeping both customers and sales representatives informed.
    • Work closely with Purchasing and vendors to verify ETA's to ensure product is delivered according to customer expectations.
    • Strong attention to detail to accurately enter data, research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including active listening for answering calls and responding to e-mail requests. Process replacement orders, and prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer requests with a sense of urgency.

    Qualifications:

    Key duties include:
